Ascot Lloyd are delighted to announce a brand new partnership with merger and acquisition specialists, Gunner & Co, to deliver expert knowledge to the financial advice market in how to prepare for the sale of a business.

Alongside IFA firm, IWP UK, and business transformation firm, Standard International, Ascot Lloyd will be providing invaluable insight at Gunner & Co.'s workshop series: ‘Preparing for Exit - How to build value now and exit with the very best value’. The workshop, taking place at locations across the UK, will provide attendees with market leading knowledge on topics including ‘how to prepare for due diligence’, ‘understanding the true value of selling your business’ and ‘optimising your tax position’.
