We are recruiting a Cash Management Senior Administrator.

Hours of work:

35 hours each week 

Purpose of role

To actively manage and monitor high and low cash balances. Provide a high level of support to key stakeholders by ensuring cash management reports are produced and dealing tasks are actioned in an efficient and professional manner, in line with Ascot Lloyd procedures and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and download cash balance reports from provider platforms where we hold client assets 
  • Combine cash balance reports to create one master list 
  • Ensure reports are refreshed frequently to ensure data is up to date
  • Reports are thoroughly checked for inaccuracies prior to commencing any client account activities
  • Consolidate reports with Intelliflo Office records to pick up servicing adviser name
  • Analyse combined data and draw out inconsistencies and trends
  • Coordinate bi-weekly meetings with key stakeholders, share findings and keep records
  • To accurately input and maintain client details, policy information in Intelliflo Office and platforms
  • Deal with and respond to written, telephone and electronic general enquiries 
  • Maintaining relationships and contacts with providers to ensure a professional service
  • To manage an effective diary within Intelliflo Office to ensure that all activities/tasks are planned for and carried out in a timely manner

Key Responsibilities continued:

  • To ensure managers are informed of any client related events and issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure effective storage of all client documentation in line with GDPR
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and keeping them informed of progress made on set projects
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by line management or directors
  • Projects - carry out projects as required by the business which may include the following key areas
    - Intelliflo Office
    - Platforms / Providers
    - General operations

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and other applications
