We are looking for new applicants for our graduate trainee programme.

What to expect

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-growing company, with the financial backing of a private equity firm in the financial services sector.

From the beginning you will work on complex projects supported by members of the Executive Leadership team.  You will be challenged from the outset, provided with training and the opportunity to gain recognised professional qualifications within the financial services industry.

Our two-year, structured rotation programme is comprised of a series of placements and assignments in key areas of our business such as Sales, Acquisitions, Business Intelligence, Compliance, Investments, Tax & Trusts, Finance and Marketing.

You will have access to our senior management team from day one with a dedicated sponsor from the Executive Team, as well as a placement mentor for each rotation throughout the programme. Our in-house learning and development teams will support you throughout your development.     Following each placement, you will present to the Executive team.

You will meet our current graduates during the assessment day, all of whom have been surprised and encouraged by the support they have received from the CEO, their leadership team and our wider management team.

You will have gained, or are on course to gain, a minimum 2:1 degree, ideally in a finance or business-related degree, although we will be happy to consider candidates from other disciplines.
