Ascot Lloyd, one of the UK's fastest-growing national IFA companies, is pleased to announce that the selection process for its 2022 Graduate Trainee Programme is now open.

Commencing in January 2022, this exciting opportunity offers graduates the chance to develop and grow within the Financial Services sector.

The Graduate Programme is a two-year, structured programme comprised of a series of placements and assignments in key areas of our business which will provide a broad overview and insight into the activities carried out by a Financial Service company and the regulatory environment in which it operates.

Each graduate trainee will have exposure to our senior management team from day one with a dedicated sponsor from the Executive Team, as well as a placement mentor for each rotation through the programme.

Our in-house learning provision will support each trainee's development.

We are inviting applications from candidates who are passionate about a career in the Financial Services Sector, who strive to be their best and put the client at the heart of everything they do. Suitable candidates will have gained or are on course to gain a minimum 2:1 degree, ideally in a finance or business-related degree, although we will be happy to consider candidates from other disciplines. Candidates will be required to demonstrate their ability and attitude to achieve as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Although the training programme is primarily located in the South-East of England, graduate trainees will be required to travel UK-Wide and work in any Ascot Lloyd office for a period of up to three months.

In return, graduate trainees will have the opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and progressive Financial Services company that focuses on the importance of financial planning, not just financial advice. Throughout the programme, we monitor training and develop our trainees via individual learning trackers.

As part of the Graduate Trainee Programme, trainees will receive a generous benefits package. The starting salary will be £25,000 with regular reviews throughout the Programme.
