Millions of millennials are likely to have their fortunes transformed during the next 30 years as they inherit £1.2 trillion from their parents — an average of more than £230,000 each.

He believes that being a landlord isn’t as attractive as it was, given the withdrawal of tax incentives, and more clampdowns are expected. You may make money, but it won’t be easy.
