A level of service to suit every need
Ensuring our service is of the highest quality is central to everything we do. We understand that everyone’s personal financial situation and aspirations are different. That’s why we offer four different levels of service for our clients. We find that the more assets our clients have, the more complex their financial planning needs are. This is why we have a range of services from telephone based advice, to a fully bespoke offering.
This is our most comprehensive level of service that can be made ‘bespoke’ depending on your individual requirements. You can decide how many times you would like a review meeting and how frequently you would like valuations completed. This service is most suitable for clients with pensions and/or investments in excess of £1 million.
This is a comprehensive service and includes many of the benefits contained within Bespoke Wealth. However, it is not customisable. This option is most suitable for clients with pensions and/or investment funds between £500,000 – £1 million. Our Wealth Service includes two face-to-face review meetings with your adviser and valuations every six months as standard.
This is a ‘traditional’ service which includes a yearly face-to-face review meeting with your adviser and an annual valuation. This option is most suitable for clients with pensions and/or investment funds between £100,000 – £500,000.
An entry level service comprising telephone based advice and reviews which is ideal for those with lower levels of investable assets.
