Ascot Lloyd Financial Services Ltd has operated in the south of England from Wokingham since the 1990s. In 2009 they merged with PlanitPlus – a Wealth Management firm in Rickmansworth to bring strategic operations together.

In 2010 it became apparent that there was a market in the Midlands and it was decided that a new division, Ascot Lloyd Financial Services (Midlands), would be founded. The operation began on 1st January 2011, with the initial staff moving into the KGJ offices in Wolverhampton.

It is planned for several additional IFAs and back office support to join the Midlands division in the first year, providing financial advice and support for both individual and corporate clients.
